1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original packaging and tags intact
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Refund Method
WEEP operates on a store credit only refund policy.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a coupon code or wallet balance.
Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.
Store credit:
• Will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after return approval
• Is valid for 90 days from date of issue
• Can be used on future purchases
• Is non transferable and non refundable
3. Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Limited drop items marked as final sale
• Products showing signs of wear or washing
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photographs
• Order number
If approved, a replacement or store credit will be provided.
Images suspected to be digitally altered or manipulated may result in rejection of the claim.
WEEP reserves the right to refuse returns or store credit in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of return policy, or repeated misuse.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
