Cash on Delivery and partial Cash on Delivery are not available.

WEEP is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, re shipping charges may apply.

17. Preorder Policy Clause
Certain products may be offered on a preorder basis.
Preorder items are not immediately available for dispatch and may require additional production time.
Estimated dispatch timelines will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production and dispatch timeline.
Preorders are non cancellable once production begins.
In case of significant unforeseen production delays, customers will be notified via email.
Refunds for approved preorder returns will be issued as store credit in accordance with our Refund Policy.
